Leaving school for college or university can be a stressful time. You’re leaving your comfort zone of friends and teachers and thrown into a whole new experience. I know I went through a really rough time when I entered college and later, an overseas university!  

Coaching will help you navigate these transitions and devise a personal plan on how to make the best use of your time there.

How does a coaching session work?

  • Sessions are 1 hour long

  • Sessions can either be in person, over the phone or video call.

  • Sessions are private and no one else is privy to them (yes, parents included)

  • You (the client) will set the agenda on what you’d like to explore or get help on.

  • Coach and client will unpack the issue with the coach providing useful tools for the client to explore themselves and the issue. 

  • Coach and client will make a plan on how to move the client forward

  • An action step will be agreed upon for the upcoming week to keep you moving towards your goals.
